Stretching and yoga routines for pregnant women.
I'm currently pregnant and struggling with severe sleep issues. I've heard that melatonin can help, but I'm unsure if it's safe for my baby. There’s so much conflicting information online, and I don’t want to take any risks. Has anyone used melatonin during pregnancy, or has a doctor recommended (or advised against) it? Would love to hear personal experiences or expert advice!
