Guidance for weeks 13 to 26 of pregnancy.
I’m currently in my second trimester and have noticed some changes in my body. While I’ve heard this is often the most comfortable phase of pregnancy, I still experience some symptoms like back pain, leg cramps, and occasional dizziness. I’d love to hear from others about their experiences—what symptoms did you have during this stage? Were there any surprising changes? Also, are there specific things I should be doing to stay comfortable and healthy during this trimester? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!
