Any indication of Pricing Benefits on the Platform is approximate and illustrative only. The Company disclaims any representation that the final amount charged by a Partner Hospital will correspond to any indicative figure.
Each Partner Hospital is an independent legal entity. The Company is not the agent, representative, or partner of any Partner Hospital and shall not be liable for any act, omission, negligence, or misconduct by any Partner Hospital or its personnel, including medical malpractice, incorrect billing, or any harm suffered as a result of receiving or failing to receive medical care.
Each User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the User's violation of this Agreement, misrepresentation of information, or any dispute between the User and a Partner Hospital.
