Vaccines work best when given at the recommended ages. Delays leave a window where your child has less protection against preventable infections.
You don't need to restart the schedule. Talk to your pediatrician about a catch-up plan — most vaccines can simply be given at the next visit.
Pregzify partner hospitals offer comprehensive newborn and child care alongside delivery — including the full IAP vaccination schedule.

The Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) publishes the recommended immunisation schedule for Indian children, updated periodically based on current evidence. This tracker uses the IAP 2024 schedule from birth through 18 years.
Vaccines marked 'Free' are part of India's Universal Immunization Programme (UIP) and provided free at government hospitals and primary health centres. Optional vaccines (PCV, Rotavirus, Hib, etc.) are paid in the private sector but offer important protection.
Don't restart the series. Talk to your pediatrician about a catch-up schedule — most missed vaccines can simply be given at the next visit. The earlier the catch-up, the better the protection.
Maternal vaccines like Tdap and Influenza protect both mother and baby. Antibodies cross the placenta and provide passive immunity to the newborn during the first months of life — before the baby can be vaccinated directly.
Inactivated vaccines (Tdap, Influenza, Td) are safe and recommended in pregnancy. Live vaccines (MMR, Varicella) are avoided during pregnancy. Always consult your obstetrician before any immunisation while pregnant.
Each vaccine has a recommended age (in days from birth). The tracker adds that to your child's date of birth to compute the due date. Status updates daily — overdue means more than 30 days past, due means within 30 days, upcoming means future.
Yes. Your child's date of birth is saved only in your browser's local storage on this device. Pregzify does not store or transmit it to our servers. Clearing your browser data will reset the tracker.
No. This tracker is a reference based on IAP guidelines. Your pediatrician may adjust the schedule based on your child's medical history, vaccine availability, or special circumstances. Always follow your doctor's advice.
