Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Fee

The Membership Fee is entirely non-refundable, irrespective of:

  • Whether the User utilises any or all of the Services;
  • Whether a delivery or hospital admission takes place at a Partner Hospital;
  • Any change in the User's personal circumstances including miscarriage, premature delivery, or relocation;
  • Any dissatisfaction with Pricing Benefits received;
  • The User's failure to comply with the Pre-Confirmation requirement; or
  • Any modification or discontinuation of specific Services by the Company.

2. Basis of Consideration

The Membership Fee constitutes payment for:

  • Immediate access to the Company's Partner Hospital network;
  • Eligibility to avail Pricing Benefits subject to compliance with this Agreement; and
  • Customer support services for the duration of the Membership.

Access to these services constitutes full delivery of the initial service obligation, regardless of whether the Member proceeds to utilise such access.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Any refund, if granted at all, shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company. No prior refund or course of dealing shall create any expectation of a refund in any subsequent case, and any refund granted shall be limited to the Membership Fee paid and shall not include consequential or indirect losses.

4. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy excludes any right or remedy available to a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or any other applicable mandatory legislation, to the extent that such rights cannot lawfully be excluded.
