  • Create and manage your Membership;
  • Facilitate the Pre-Confirmation process and communicate with Partner Hospitals;
  • Provide customer support;
  • Send service-related communications;
  • Analyse usage and improve the Platform; and
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

Your relevant personal information will be shared with your selected Partner Hospital solely to facilitate service delivery.

The Company may engage third-party service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processing) who access data only as necessary and under confidentiality obligations.

The Company may also disclose data where required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

The Company does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to any third party for commercial or marketing purposes.
